Financial Advisor & Advanced Case Specialist

About Jonathon Soucier

Jonathon Soucier began his career in the financial services industry in 2008 after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of California, Riverside. Demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial drive early on, Jonathon launched his own firm, DaVinci Financial, in 2012. Committed to remaining independent from any single financial institution, he built the company on a foundation of innovation, scalability, and efficiency. During his tenure at DaVinci, Jonathon created and implemented several forward-thinking marketing strategies that drove rapid growth. He developed an automated recruiting platform covering 20 states, integrated an outbound telemarketing system to generate sales opportunities, and built an electronic back office to streamline operations and case management. Notably, DaVinci was one of the first firms in the country to adopt DocuSign for processing new business—demonstrating Jonathon’s commitment to modernization and client convenience. He successfully sold his interest in the firm in 2015.
In 2016, Jonathon was recruited as an advanced planning specialist by one of the largest life insurance marketing organizations in the nation. In this role, he worked closely with top-tier advisors, providing sophisticated tax mitigation, investment, and financial strategies tailored for high-net-worth families and business owners. During this time, he deepened his understanding of investment theory, including the application of the Efficient Frontier, and played a key role in enhancing the firm’s advisor support and organizational growth.
Building on this momentum, Jonathon later served as a business consultant for another prominent marketing firm, where he expanded their capabilities by integrating advanced planning services into their core offerings—elevating both client value and firm performance.
In 2020, through an introduction facilitated by Pacific Life, Jonathon connected with Dr. Guy Baker. This relationship led to his current role as Senior Partner and Chief Marketing Officer for both BMI Consulting and Wealth Teams Alliance. Jonathon’s strategic insight, innovative marketing acumen, and deep expertise in tax and financial planning have become integral to the value proposition of both organizations. His leadership has introduced advanced tax management solutions that continue to enhance the planning capabilities offered to clients and business owners across the country.
